Mr. E. Rodriguez A.S.E.D.
Hello Everyone! My name is Mr. Rodriguez, this will be my sixth year teaching in early childhood education. I am currently continuing my education at City College of New York with my degree concentrations in Education/Public Administration/and Social Work. I have always had a passion for education and also for performing arts. Living in Spanish Harlem, New York for 25 years I have learned a lot with culture, family, arts, and of course education. I am the first Latino male in New York City to win the Vanguard Award for studying a female role of Early Childhood Education, and putting fourth my goals, and admiration to children's experience and learning. Now with my first degree in Education from Borough of Manhattan Community College many doors have opened for me. Right now, I co-facilitate at Borough of Manhattan Community College teaching courses in Early Childhood Education to other beginning teachers. In addition, I counsel teenagers on my spare time in the LGBT and HIV/STD community in New York City. Lastly, I am currently working on my other passion of music and other projects. Currently now in 2014 I am focusing on finishing my Bachelors degree in Education/Public Administration/Social Work, and I am continuing to work on my other hobbies, and continuing to teach young minds.
